First Story
This place is located on the ground floor (65 m2) of the chalet (composed of 2 different apartments) directly overlooking the 1500 m2 garden and its amazing view. This apartment, arranged for 6/8 persons maximum, is composed of a spacious living room with a dining area and an opened kitchen, it also includes a fireplace a double sofa bed (can accommodate two people) and two additional sofas (two single beds also used as seats). There are two double bedrooms at the back, and two bathrooms. A large wardrobe in the corridor.
Second Story
This apartment (65 m2) on the first floor with attic space, can accommodate 8 people. Built entirely of wood, it offers a sheltered terrace overlooking the garden and the spectacular view to the Matterhorn valley. A small entrance gives us access to a large living room full of charm and light throughout the day, composed of a fireplace, a sofa bed for two people and a second large sofa used only as a seat. The room opens onto a small independent fully equipped kitchen. A small corridor leads to a bathroom with toilet, a large bedroom with shower and washbasin, two other bedrooms, each with bunk beds and storage space and finally a cosy attic with low ceilings, can be reached by a wooden staircase and has two mattresses placed on the floor, dreaming skylight trough two windows. An independent toilet, with WC and washbasin, is also located at the entrance of this same apartment.

Ground floor of a chalet including another apartment above. The ground floor includes a very large living room with kitchen, two sofa beds, a sofa bed for 2 people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
Exceptional view on the front of the chalet, on the side towards the Matterhorn. Large plot of 1500 square meters. Mountain furniture. Ten minutes walk from the center by pedestrian path. Many walks from the chalet; several ski resorts nearby: the closest (Torgnon) is 5 km for beginners and intermediate skiers and for cross-country skiing. Another also at 5 KMS (Chamois station without car accessible only by cable car). For good skiers, need to go to Valtournenche (13 KMS of a road almost always clear) connected to Cervinia and Zermatt). A car is necessary. The chalet is away from the slopes but its location also allows you to go very quickly to other more remote resorts (Pila, Courmayeur for Mont Blanc). On bad weather days you can easily reach Turin (less than an hour) and Milan (1h30) also by bus from Châtillon. In a 10 minutes car ride you can go to the St Vincent Casino.
